(as of 2009).

EnglishForum.ch sports/fitness -- more for English-speaking residents of
Switzerland than visitors or cyclotourists. I check it mostly only when I'm
especially interested in Switzerland (as of 2009).
Not much action on this any more (as of 2009), but the archives
have lots of interesting stuff, and there's likely still some smart people
listening for new questions.
