Mezzocorona Masseto alternate? might be possible to avoid using Adige bike path here by continuing straight across the river to Massetto, and across SS12 then turn right to go south on street (? SP106 ?) toward San Michele -- but we have not checked that Waypoint San Michele all'Adige climb up about 150 vertical meters with average steepness around 8.5% grade, but perhaps including sections of 30m + 70m at steepness around 12-14% grade. Faedo another 100 vertical meters of climbing, with some steeper sections - (after that it's mostly downhill to Pressano + Lavis) Palu Nave San Rocco Pressano Lavis San Lazzaro climb up to Meano, total about 140 vertical meters (450 feet), including 50 meters at steepness around 6-8% grade. Meano alternate -- less traffic but very very bumpy -- turn left and go a little east, then long south to Marignano. I tried it -- not recommended even for dual-suspension mountain bikes because of big cobblestones.
