Trento marked bike path on west sidewalk of this main street going north Waypoint Gardolo SS12 is a high-traffic road, but we found that the sidewalk on its east side was ridable in this section (as of 2009) sidewalk on SS12 ends soon, though we found it reasonably to ride the next section of the SS12 north without the sidewalk to then rejoin the main route -- which saves some distance -- but it's more interesting go go thru the city of Lavis. Lavis Zambana alternate: a delightful side trip is turn Left, go to Zambana, and then explore the apple orchards south from it - (but it doesn't connect with anything else ridable -- you have to come back to this intersection here) Waypoint Nave San Rocco alternate? It might be that bearing Left around here would avoid riding with the traffic on the main street of Mezzolombardo -- but we haven't checked it.
